It's all in your head!
Your brain is responsible for quite a lot - it's where your thinking, reasoning and emotion happen. It's also the place that forgets where you put your keys, but remembers the lyrics of that Rick Astley song. It's a pretty important place and, just like it's important to keep your body healthy, it's important to keep your brain healthy too.
You won't be surprised to hear me say that music is a great way of exercising your brain. But don't take my word for it - here's a great video that explains it all:
And that's before we start to think about why music has been proved to be of huge benefit in improving our mental health - but that's for another blog. For now - get playing or singing and feel those fireworks going off in your head!
